1. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped from our warehouse.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team immediately with your order details.

If your order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product delivered is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.

The return request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
Please note: Items returned without original packaging or found used/altered will not be accepted for refund or replacement.

Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on how to send the item back.
